Attending the 4-Days of Remap

Remap is a catalyst for radical transformation. Find out how to best prepare, what to expect during the four-day boot camp and beyond, and what’s needed to ensure your success!

  • The Lovebrain Remap Programme is thoughtfully structured to ensure maximum impact and lasting results:

    1. Pre-Training Evaluation

Your journey begins with a Cognitive Profile Evaluation (CPE), where we assess your unique brain profile, learning preferences, and current cognitive strengths. This allows us to tailor the programme specifically to your needs, ensuring you receive personalised, effective training.

    2. Four-Day Immersive Training

This is the core of your experience, where you’ll master scientifically proven techniques to enhance focus, memory, reading speed, and cognitive processing. Delivered either in-person in Central London or online, this immersive training is designed to give you hands-on experience with the tools you need to thrive.

    3. 90-Day Mastery Phase

After the immersive training, you’ll enter a guided integration period, where you’ll deepen your skills through weekly live sessions, practical homework, and ongoing support. This phase ensures that the skills you’ve learned become second nature, enhancing your personal and professional life long-term.

    1. In the first phase of the assessment, you will be required to complete a cognitive profile evaluation (CPE) for us to ascertain your suitability for the training programme, and will give us more insights into your current learning profile.

    2. The second phase of the programme is the immersive four-day brain camp where you will be trained with all of the techniques including focus, memory, reading, and processing. You just need to dedicate four days to attend the brain camp either in person in Central London or virtually.

    3. The Mastery Phase follows the four-day brain camp. This is where you can push your techniques even further. You will have three monthly university sessions during the 90 days where you will be guided further on the applications of the tools you have trained with, along with additional access to our resources hub via our community app.

  • The four-day immersive training takes place over a single weekend, from Thursday to Sunday:

Thursday: Check-in begins at 8:15 AM, with the programme starting promptly at 9:00 AM. The day ends around 10:30 PM, though delays may occur.

Friday & Saturday: Training begins at 9:00 AM. Expect to finish around 10:30 PM.

Sunday: The final day starts at 9:00 AM and concludes around midnight. Times may vary depending on the depth of the day’s material.

    Attendance Policy:

Full attendance is essential to achieve the programme’s intended results. Missing sessions, arriving late, or balancing outside commitments may require rescheduling, and repeated occurrences could incur a rebooking fee.

  • Yes, there will be short breaks throughout the day, including a lunch break. The timing of these breaks depends on the day’s progress and the group’s needs. Breaks are kept brief to maintain focus, so we kindly ask all students to return promptly to avoid disruptions.

  • Water will be provided during the training, but food and accommodation are not included.

Food: We recommend bringing your own lunch and snacks or purchasing meals from nearby shops. Please opt for food that doesn’t require refrigeration or reheating and is unlikely to disrupt others during sessions.

Accommodation: If you’re attending in-person and require overnight lodging, there are many nearby options in Central London.

  • Our training sessions are typically held in Central London, with venues located near public transport hubs for easy accessibility. Final details, including the exact location, will be shared approximately one month before your programme begins.

  • To ensure an optimal training experience, we recommend:

    • Avoiding caffeine and stimulants.

    • Abstaining from alcohol and illegal substances, including marijuana or psychedelics, for at least two weeks before the course and throughout its duration.

If you have concerns regarding medications or health conditions, please contact our team for personalised guidance.

  • While there is no strict dress code, we suggest smart-casual attire for comfort and professionalism. Dressing appropriately signals to your brain the seriousness of the training. The room temperature can vary, so layering your clothing is recommended to ensure comfort.

  • We kindly request all participants to maintain hygiene by showering daily and using the hand sanitisation stations provided. This ensures a pleasant and respectful environment for all attendees.

  • Per legal requirement we record the entirety of the Remap course. This footage is not published or used outside legal requirements.

You are not permitted to record video or audio during the four-day training. We may take footage to use on our socials. Further detail can be found in our terms.

  • We'll provide you with a training manual, pen, and water throughout the four-days. You'll need to bring:

    • A physical book: We recommend bringing a soft paperback book with little to no images, diagrams, or graphs. Books in the genre such as fiction, novel, biography, or personal development would work. Please avoid novels with sad or traumatic stories, textbooks, or materials that are too technical. Bring a book you can hold comfortably for long periods. If in doubt, bring a few extra books with you and our team can assist.

    • A childhood photo: A physical, printed photo of yourself as a child. Ideally, you should be alone in the photo. If this is not possible and there are other people with you in the photo, that would still work. We will discuss this more the day ahead of the relevant session.

    • Phones and chargers: Ensure your phone is charged or bring a charger with you as phones may be required during sessions for calculation or filling in forms online. Free Wi-Fi will be available at the venue to students.

  • We’re committed to accommodating additional needs such as access to a prayer room or specific dietary requirements. Please contact our team ahead of time so we can ensure your experience is as comfortable as possible.
