• What happens if I’m deemed not suitable for training?

  While we are confident in our ability to train most individuals, we understand that not every programme is a perfect fit for everyone. If at any stage you are deemed unsuitable for training, we’ll have an open and honest conversation with you. Should this happen, we will issue a full refund and cancel your enrolment.

• What if the training doesn't work on me?

  The first day of the programme is designed for practical application of the tools and techniques we teach.
