• What is the Discovery Seminar?

  The Discovery Seminar is a free live event where you’ll learn about our methods, experience brain-training techniques, and discover how Lovebrain can transform your cognitive abilities.

• Where is the in-person venue?

  Our Masterclass is hosted at the prestigious Institute of Education, University College London (UCL), 20 Bedford Way, London WC1H 0AL. Located in the heart of London's academic hub, this event offers an intellectual adventure with cutting-edge insights in neuroscience, psychology, and cognitive training.

  You will need your QR code from Eventbrite to enter. Please log in to your Eventbrite account and find it under your tickets section.

• When are the next seminar dates?

  We host Seminars throughout the year, both in-person and online. Look at our Eventbrite page to check dates and book your seat.

• How do I enter the venue?

  Please download your QR code from Eventbrite and show at check-in.

  This introduction seminar is open for individuals at least 18 years old or above only.

  Please show your booking confirmation to access the UCL building. If you can't find it in your emails, log in to your Eventbrite account and access it via your 'Tickets.' Ensure to use one email per person to receive a valid ticket. If booking for another person, use their individual email address. Please note that pets are not allowed in the building.

• What are the timings of the Discovery Seminar

  Registration time is between 12:15 PM - 1:00 PM, we recommend you arrive promptly to allow time for check-in and receiving your seminar materials.

  The Discovery Seminar will start at 1:00 PM. Please note that late entry may not be permitted entry as our door will usually be closed 15-20 minutes once the masterclass has started. The session will last around six hours with one 15-minute break in between, we recommend you bring some food or snack along with you if needed.

• Can I attend online?

  If you aren't able to attend it in person, you'll be pleased to know that we also stream our live in-person Masterclass from UCL simultaneously online. As it is a live session, we won't be able to provide any slides or recordings.

  You can join the Zoom session up to 15 mins before the start time via the access link we send you. There will be a five-minute buffer before the masterclass starts to get settled.

  Kindly ensure your screen name matches the name you registered your ticket with in the format of “First name, Last name” so your ticket can be authenticated by our team, please also have your camera switched on. This is a live event so cannot be paused or rewound. Watching on a laptop or tablet is recommended for the best viewing experience.

• What is the seating set-up?

  Seating is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis upon arrival. You can also upgrade to extra legroom in a premium seat location for £49.00, you'll enjoy the seminar from the best rows for unrivalled viewing and comfort. This add-on is non-refundable but transferable if you need to reschedule. 

  If attending with someone, please check in together so you can receive seat tickets allocated next to each other.

• Is food provided?

  As this is a free seminar, food is not provided. We highly recommend you bring some food or snacks with you to ensure you stay energised throughout the six-hour seminar. You may eat during sessions, but please ensure your food is not disruptive to others.

• What should I bring to the seminar?

  Bring your enthusiasm to learn! For note-taking, we provide a brochure, but you’re welcome to bring an additional notebook.
