Please see below the terms for taking the Lovebrain training programme.
This agreement sets out the terms under which Lovebrain will provide cognitive training to the Student. For the purposes of this agreement, we’ll refer to you as the “Student” and to us as “Lovebrain”. The terms of this agreement are governed by the laws of England and Wales to protect both parties.
The Student applying for the Lovebrain training programme taking advantage of the Case Study Grant will receive a reduced cost to the full programme fee as outlined overleaf. The case study requirements are that the Student (i) applies and pays using one of the payment options overleaf at their first masterclass, (ii) is suitable for the programme subject to passing the pre-assessment, and (iii) allows their pre, during and post cognitive assessment results to be used in the case study, but no personal information will be shared.
The Student applying for the Lovebrain training programme and taking advantage of the Subsidised Grant may receive a reduced cost for the full programme fee, subject to their personal criteria. The case study requirements are as follows: (i) the Student applies and pays using one of the payment options provided at their first masterclass, (ii) the Student books in a consultation call, and (iii) the Student allows their pre, during, and post-cognitive assessment results to be used in the case study, but no personal information will be shared. Failure to enrol or complete the required steps to claim and reserve the subsidised grant as directed may result in the Student becoming ineligible for the grant.
The Student may take the live training of the programme once the full programme fee is received by Lovebrain.
Should the Student require to reschedule their programme date, they may select an alternative programme date within 12 months from their originally scheduled programme date without charge. The Student may be charged an administration fee of £250 for each additional reschedule they receive.
In the unlikely event, the programme dates are altered, Lovebrain will inform the Student with as much notice as possible. Lovebrain will provide alternative dates for the Student to reschedule without any additional charges. Any changes will allow the Student to reschedule the programme dates within a 12 month period, but this will not grant the Student the right to cancel this agreement.
If the Student wishes to cancel their seat and receive a full refund, they may do so within 14 calendar days of applying for this programme by submitting a form at lovebrain.com/cancellation if they enrolled via the Subsidised Grant. Your cooling off period will be confirmed at the time of your application.
If during the first day of the Implementation phase of the training programme, the training techniques are demonstrated not to work on the Student, the Student may request a full refund by speaking to a Lovebrain Facilitator first and then following this up with an email sent to the email address provided by the Facilitator by 7pm of the first day of the training programme.
No refunds will be permitted under any other circumstances outside of outside of terms outlined in this agreement and the full payment will be due by the Student regardless of programme attendance.
Lovebrain reserves the right to terminate a Student’s participation at any stage of the process or programme. In this circumstance, Lovebrain will endeavour to provide a full refund of all payment(s) made by the Student or on the Student’s behalf will be refunded.
This agreement allows only the named Student to participate in the Lovebrain programme. The Student is prohibited from sharing, teaching, training, reworking, remodelling, digitising, copying or redistributing any live or recorded training sessions, tools, methods, associated print and/or digital resources. If the student is found in breach of this, legal proceedings will be commenced for compensatory damages.
The programme can take a deep dive into the Student’s memory and mindset, and may require a certain level of self-examination and self-reflection on their part. Some of this may be considered emotionally challenging. By enrolling onto the programme, the Student acknowledges that they consider themselves to be emotionally and psychologically fit to participate in this programme.
Lovebrain takes the well-being of their students very seriously. For this reason, the Student will need to agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of the other students of the programme. Lovebrain does not permit the soliciting of anything from other students, nor are students permitted to promote anything to each other, both during and after the programme.
Lovebrain will endeavour to provide the Student with powerful brain training techniques as outlined in their literature. Lovebrain can not make any guarantees with what the Student will or will not achieve in their personal life using these techniques as it is down to each individual to apply what they have learnt.
Lovebrain takes the privacy of the Student very seriously and confirms that it complies with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). No personal information pertaining to the Student will ever be passed onto any third parties whatsoever.
Lovebrain and associated members of their team can not be held liable for any claims, demands, liabilities, actions and causes of actions arising out of the Students participation with any events associated with Lovebrain, including and not limited to personal injury or negligence. If any clauses are severed from this agreement by any court or tribunal, in relation to any claims from your participation in the programme, the Student agrees that the total liability arising out of any such claim shall not exceed the total amount the Student has paid to Lovebrain for this programme.
By enrolling onto this programme it is taken for granted that the Student agrees to these terms.
