We’re searching for a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your role will be essential in maintaining operational excellence and supporting our students, trainers, and wider team.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Administrative Support: Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Student Coordination: Assisting students with onboarding, scheduling, and queries to ensure a smooth and supportive experience.

  • Programme Organisation: Ensuring materials, resources, and logistics are prepared and ready for our immersive four-day courses and beyond.

  • Database Management: Maintaining accurate records and supporting data input across internal systems.

  • Team Support: Collaborating with team members and providing administrative assistance where needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Strong Communication: Clear and empathetic in both written and verbal communication.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring every task is completed with precision and care.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with tools like MS Office, scheduling software, and internal CRM systems.
