As a Student Finance Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our students’ financial journeys, ensuring seamless payment processes, and helping them continue their transformative training experience.

We’re seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Student Finance Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the bridge between students and their financial concerns, ensuring smooth transactions while maximising revenue retention. If you’re solution-driven, empathetic, and enjoy working collaboratively, this role is for you.
Your Role Will Include:
Revenue Collection:
Proactively manage and recover paused or failed payments.
Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve overdue accounts.
Student Finance Support:
Respond to financial queries with professionalism and clarity.
Assist with payment upgrades, amendments, and other adjustments.
Cancellations and Retention:
Handle cancellation requests empathetically while offering tailored solutions.
Work collaboratively to retain students by helping them manage financial challenges and continue their training journey.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Exceptional Communication Skills:
Articulate and empathetic in written and verbal interactions.
Ability to explain complex financial processes in a clear and supportive manner.
Financial Knowledge:
Basic understanding of payment systems and financial management.
Customer Service Excellence:
Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in education, training, or subscription services.
A proven ability to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet individual needs.
Sales and Negotiation Expertise:
Experience in upselling, retention, or resolving payment concerns in a results-driven environment.
