About the Role

As the Community and Curriculum Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our students, enhancing their learning journey, and expanding our offerings to new audiences. This role combines community engagement with curriculum development, requiring a passion for education, a drive to create impactful learning experiences, and a heart for student success. You’ll help shape the future of our programme by fostering a thriving community of learners and contributing to the development of cutting-edge curriculum materials.

Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement and Support

  • Run weekly check-ins to ensure students are on track with their training and provide personalised guidance.

  • Host Q&A sessions to address questions and deepen students’ understanding of cognitive tools.

  • Provide 1-2-1 support sessions for students requiring additional help, guiding them through their challenges.

Curriculum Development

  • Develop, refine, and distribute curriculum materials to enhance student training and extend learning opportunities.

  • Produce and conduct assessments to measure student progress and ensure skill mastery.

  • Design and manage competitions to motivate and excite students, fostering a spirit of healthy growth and achievement.

Workshops and Outreach

  • Organise and run workshops for schools, introducing cognitive training techniques to a younger audience in engaging and practical ways.

  • Develop bespoke learning modules to meet the needs of diverse school groups, aligning with our mission of cognitive excellence.

Research and Insights

  • Gather research data from students and programme participants to support the research team in understanding the efficacy of our training tools.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data-driven improvements are incorporated into our curriculum and tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Education or Training: Previous experience in teaching, curriculum design, or running workshops is highly desirable.

  • Strong Communication Skills: An ability to connect with students, deliver clear guidance, and inspire growth.

  • Organisation and Initiative: Skilled in managing multiple projects and delivering results under deadlines.

  • Empathy and Support: A passion for helping others achieve their best, with patience and a nurturing approach.

  • Research and Analytical Abilities: Familiarity with gathering and interpreting data to inform programme improvements.

  • Flexibility: Able to work collaboratively across different projects and adapt to the evolving needs of the role.

What We Offer
