About the Role
As a Senior Student Success Executive, you will play a vital role in delivering Lovebrain’s transformative experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering Inspiring Discovery Seminars:
Hosting 2-3 hour Discovery Seminars (free online events via Zoom.
Engaging with audiences of 50-100 participants, presenting our unique training and methodologies.
Full training and practice sessions will be provided to ensure you’re confident and equipped for success.
Warm Lead Follow-Up:
Connecting with attendees who express interest during the Discovery Seminar.
Conducting follow-up calls to guide potential students through the enrolment process.
Helping individuals determine if the programme is the right fit for their goals – no cold calling or hard selling, just genuine, heart-centred conversations.
Supporting Students’ Journeys:
Following enrolled students throughout the programme to ensure they have an exceptional experience.
Providing guidance and encouragement to help students achieve their cognitive performance goals.
What You’ll Bring
Sales Experience: A proven background in sales or enrolment, with a focus on relationship-building and ethical communication.
Care for Personal Growth: A deep desire to support others in their development and a commitment to your own professional and personal growth.
Passion for the Mission: Alignment with Lovebrain’s values and a belief in the power of cognitive transformation.
Flexibility: Willingness to work late hours (up to 10pm) on certain days to accommodate event schedules.
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: £30,000 - £70,000 OTE.
Life-Changing Training: As part of your role, you’ll undergo our full cognitive training programme. Develop the ability to read at least 3x faster, sharpen your memory, enhance focus, and improve articulation.
