About the Role

As a Senior Student Success Executive, you will play a vital role in delivering Lovebrain’s transformative experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering Inspiring Discovery Seminars:

  • Hosting 2-3 hour Discovery Seminars (free online events via Zoom.

  • Engaging with audiences of 50-100 participants, presenting our unique training and methodologies.

  • Full training and practice sessions will be provided to ensure you’re confident and equipped for success.

Warm Lead Follow-Up:

  • Connecting with attendees who express interest during the Discovery Seminar.

  • Conducting follow-up calls to guide potential students through the enrolment process.

  • Helping individuals determine if the programme is the right fit for their goals – no cold calling or hard selling, just genuine, heart-centred conversations.

Supporting Students’ Journeys:

  • Following enrolled students throughout the programme to ensure they have an exceptional experience.

  • Providing guidance and encouragement to help students achieve their cognitive performance goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Sales Experience: A proven background in sales or enrolment, with a focus on relationship-building and ethical communication.

  • Care for Personal Growth: A deep desire to support others in their development and a commitment to your own professional and personal growth.

  • Passion for the Mission: Alignment with Lovebrain’s values and a belief in the power of cognitive transformation.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work late hours (up to 10pm) on certain days to accommodate event schedules.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: £30,000 - £70,000 OTE.
